Yesterday at the mall, I was walking with my friend and I happened to look over and saw this guy in the window of his store giving us his best creepy face. Instinctly, I started walking on the other side of my friend, freaked out. Then he was laughing and I was laughing. I ended up going into the store, crying from laughter and giving him a high five.
That made my day. I also got a Riddler pez dispenser with sour pez. Beeeeee jealous.

I have this friend in the Army and we were talking about the different branches and he was like, well, it seems like the Navy has the most beautiful girls. And I said, well....of course, they have me. And he said, yeah, they have you. And I smiled. I feel a little prettier today <3

Entered the Navy in order to get out of her suffocating small town, entered as a BMSN, Boatmain's Mate and after two years crossrated to fighter plane mechanic? However it was male dominated and she was kept from using her craft and primarily cleaned for the last couple years not allowed to even touch the tools. When given the chance to work abroad the ship, she jumped on it, hoping to prove her worth. She came onboard as an E-5 PO1 (PO2?) after 5 years of service, an eager sailor. She's self concious and fairly rude and defensive to the male gender feeling as though she constantly has to prove herself.

I am the only person decent enough to take this guy home when he was kicked out of the club we were at for being too drunk. Apologized to the cab driver when he opened the door to puke while the car was moving. Had to pull my friend away from sexy times because I wasn;t strong enough to haul this guy up 3 stories.
He bit me and growled in the car but it was kinda cute. Except for the fact that he was drunk off his ass and kept saying over and over that he'll make it up to me. And that he could make it up to his room alone and that Rockwell was his best friend in the whole wide world and it took him 20 minutes of banging on the door to remember he opened a wallet that contained a room key.
I love drunk people.

I am 907.63 miles away from them. But I'm still sitting here crying because of them. They have a lot of nerve. I've been really busy lately. I have been trying really hard to do everything right, to start my military career off right on top of adjusting to a completely different enviroment in addition to trying to make some friends so I'm not alone.
It's sunday. I've been trying to make all my calls on sundays to my grandparents and parents to check in, you know? And personally, I think once a week is a lot. I call my parents and they start bitching me out for not calling more. They're lucky I call at all. They're lucky if I ever call again. And for the record, the phone? It works two ways. And my grandma called me last week (and I spoke with her), I tried to call her today at her house then found her at mine and she answered "well, finally" all pissed off and when I told her my parents had already bitched me out she was like "yeah well, remember who loves you" and I started crying so I told her I'd talk to her later.
That especially hurt from my grandma, I wasn't expecting such hositility. Annoyance, maybe. Poking fun, maybe. But that hurt. But 907.63 miles and I'm sitting in the laundry room crying. I'm not calling them back when I calm down. I'm going to go out and forget about them. I can see that I'm going to be replacing my aunt as the black sheep of the family. Bridget: Next Generation Reynolds Fuck-Up.
I just can't see it being love when it hurts this much all the time. Did I miss a memo?
